In short
- Astrology readings are guidance. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
- Chacha is an AI, not a person. One question you send uses one question; the reason behind every card is free.
- You must be 18 or older.
- Plans renew until you cancel. The price and renewal period are shown before you pay. Unused questions do not roll over to the next period.
Using the app
Kundali Chacha is for people aged 18 and above. You sign in with your own phone number. Please enter birth details of other people (family, friends) only if they would be fine with it. We make your kundali on your phone from the details you give; the quality of a reading depends on how correct the birth date, time and place are.
Chacha is an AI
Chacha is an AI. It reads your kundali and your question and writes an answer, and shows the basis under it. Chacha does not predict death or lifespan, serious illness, pregnancy, court cases or investment results, and does not tell you to buy gemstones, perform pujas or pay for remedies. If a conversation shows you may be in distress, Chacha will share helpline numbers (Tele-MANAS 14416, 112) instead of astrology. You can report any answer that seems wrong or harmful from the thumbs-down under it.

Questions and plans
You get 3 free questions. After that you can choose a plan: ₹299 a month or ₹699 for 3 months, or a one-time pack of ₹49. Only sending a question to Chacha uses a question; the kundali, Dasha, Panchang, Milan and the "why" behind each card are free. Questions left at the end of a plan period do not carry over to the next one. On Android a ₹9 trial may be offered before the plan you chose starts; see the Refund policy. Prices include GST. On iPhone, purchases are made through Apple.
Your data and memory
How we use your data is explained in the Privacy notice. Chacha remembers things about you only if you allow it, and you can see, change, pause and delete every memory in Settings.
Account and deletion
You can delete your account any time in Settings > Privacy and data. Deleting erases your data from this phone and from our servers at once (backups clear within the period stated in the Privacy notice). We keep, anonymised, only what the law and our records need: payment, invoice and refund records for 8 years from the payment, support tickets for 2 years after they are closed (what you wrote in them is erased), and records of your consent as long as the law requires. Deleting the account also cancels a UPI (Cashfree) plan, so it cannot charge you again; a plan bought through Google Play or the App Store must be cancelled in that store’s settings first.
Contact and grievance
Write to the Grievance Officer named on the Help aur shikayat page. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
