Good to know
- Questions left at the end of a plan period do not carry over to the next one.
- Voice answers use extra questions. The app shows how many before you tap.
- Cancel any time in two taps. You keep the plan until the period you paid for ends.
- On iPhone, purchases are made through Apple. The app is not on iPhone yet.
We do not use countdown timers, pre-ticked boxes or hidden renewals.
The ₹9 trial, honestly
- Available on Android, paid by UPI AutoPay. There is no trial on iPhone.
- You pick the plan first. ₹9 is charged when you approve, and it gives you 20 questions.
- We show the exact date and time of your plan’s first charge before you pay. It is never less than 24 hours later.
- We remind you at least 24 hours before each charge. The plan renews until you cancel.
Refunds
- Automatic, always: a double charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a paid service that failed.
- Android: within 48 hours of the first plan charge after your trial, you can ask for a refund in the app, once per account.
- iPhone: Apple decides refunds. Ask from your purchase history.
- Anything else: write to the Grievance Officer.
